What a delicious discovery. It smells divine and has all the aromas of a kitchen garden. This delicate, Italian Fleur de Sel is blended with mint, basil, and orange peel. The wet salt pulls all the salty, citrus, and mint flavours together to create a great seasoning.
Suggested Uses:
This is great in a vinaigrette with a red wine vinegar and a good olive oil, or simply sprinkle it on tomatoes. Blend it with our orange olive oil to drizzle on seafood. It lifts the flavours of roasted vegetables, potatoes, and it can also be used as a rim salt for mojitos.
