Honey Powder

Products in powder form add a whole new level of possibilities. Honey powder can be added to rubs, or other spice blends as your 'sweet' flavour. They can also be sprinkled to create an instant glaze.

You can sprinkle it in the last 15 minutes of cooking to ensure a a fabulous glaze on the meat and it will seal in those juices.

If you are a BBQ master, then blend it with some salt, pepper (for heat), paprika (bitter), and either amchur, cumin, sumac, or apple cider vinegar powder (sour) to create a balanced quick rub!

It can always be used in baking, and don't forget it in the morning for tea, coffee, or oatmeal.
