PINK ROSE PETALS
PINK ROSE PETALS are edible flower petals, and have a perfumed flavour with a light, sweet essence. ROSE PETALS are used in European and Middle Eastern cuisine, and ROSE SUGAR - used in tea and on biscuits - dates back to the Middle Ages. It is found in the Moroccan mix RAS EL HANOUT and in Persian cuisine.
