Barbequeing is serious business.
We will learn about the principals of blending a bbq rub, about cuts of meat, about marinating vs dry rubs.
You will then be able to make your own. After deciding what you will be using it for, we will guide you through pairings and flavours, and help you come up with your own signature blend.
