Learn all about yeast and yeast doughs with this hands-on cardamom bun class.  The dough is soft and delicate; well complimented by cardamom's aromatic, spicy, herbal, and citrusy character. This basic dough recipe is quick and easy, and lends itself well to flavour substitutions such as cinnamon and apple. Roll up your sleeves, have some fun, and work ahead for Thanksgiving!

You will receive a true baker's dozen in this class: one sample bun and coffee; four baked buns to take home; and, dough for eight unbaked buns to bake right away or freeze to bake later.
