Rose Sugar

We have blended 3 floral sugars, and some spiced sugars for the season. These can all be used to make simple syrups, added to stews and soups, used to glaze vegetables, and used for tea and in baking.

This rose sugar is very versatile and can be used in savoury and in sweet. It is wonderful sprinkled on yogurt, or mixed with butter for your scones!
