OLIVE OIL

GREEN – Arbequina Olive - Intense fruit salad aromas, especially banana and apple. This is a great olive oil for drizzling on soups, or steamed greens.

VINEGAR

Aged sherry vinegars are blended with Pedro Ximenez sherry, then matured in oak casks, resulting in a dark vinegar with raisin notes and a touch of sweetness.
