The NOCELLARA is buttery up front with a lovely fresh green flavour mid palate and a slight peppery finish. This is the fresh flavour we miss in the cold, dark days of winter. It is great drizzled on any steamed vegetable or boiled potatoes. It adds those green top notes to any tomato salad.

To accompany cooked or raw vegetables and is ideal for topping salads.
This balsamic has some acidity which makes is great for salad dressings and adding to marinades.
