Orange Olive Oil is superb on any kale, spinach or green salad especially when blended with a balsamic vinegar. It adds wonderful depth to a traditional caprese salad or any seafood dish.
Salad Salt
Mint, Basil, and Orange are blended with a wet Sea Salt. This is great in a vinaigrette with red wine and a good olive oil. Sprinkle it on tomatoes. It can also be used as a rim salt for mojitos. It lifts the flavours of roasted vegetables.
