FLEUR DE SEL - MANDARIN ORANGE PEEL
This is a pure Corsican Fleur de Sel from Atelier Corse, which is blended with mandarin & sugar. The blend of sweet, salt, sour, and fruity gives this salt a fun balance. It is perfect to finish green beans, roasted asparagus, or scallops.
The Fleur de Sel is hand picked, drained and dried under the Mediterranean sun. Rich in oglio-element, calcium, magnesium, it has a natural lactescent whiteness and a powerful salt intensity.
Ingredients: Natural Sea Salt, Corsican Mandarin 25%, Brown Sugar 0.5%
