Mustards - 3 Kinds
TRUFFLE MUSTARD - Creamy, French mustard with black truffle and black pepper. Great on charcuterie, cheese, and in salad dressings. The perfect topping to that gourmet burger.
HONEY MUSTARD - This is great for salad dressing, or mayonnaise. It works well on cheese and charcuterie. The closest to a 'plain' mustard.
COGNAC MUSTARD - Great on a steak, or chicken breast before grilling. This makes a great dip when mixed with mayonnaise.
All these mustards are made with olive oil, which adds to the smooth texture and flavour.
