This is a beautiful Fleur de Sel with French Perigord Truffle. The wet salt leeches the flavour into the sweet grains of salt. You need only a pinch to impart the lovely truffle taste. It is housed in a handmade, elegant ceramic pot with a cork top.
A handmade wooden spoon is included.
