EVOO finished in Sherry Casks

Castillo de Canena and Lustau present the first extra virgin olive oil finished in sherry cask. An oil of the Arbequina olive variety from an early harvest and of the highest quality, is finished in a single Lustau barrel that previously aged a very old Lustau Amontillado. You get a rich olive flavour with a strong sherry finish. A pleasure for the senses with fragrances and nuances of Sherry never seen before in an olive oil.
