CUBEB PEPPER

CUBEB PEPPER (Piper Cubeba) is the fruit of a tropical vine of the pepper family, and is native to Java and other Indonesian islands. It has a warm, pleasant, piney, slightly citrus and light peppery aroma. The taste is pine-like, hot and pungent.
