Reale Aged Balsamics


The Balsamic Vinegar of Acetaia Reale is a product obtained exclusively from the pressed must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, cooked, aged and then aged in fine wood barrels, durmast, chestnut, ash, mulberry, cherry or juniper.

2 shields – This Purple Label Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is aged for approximately 4 years. This is the classical Balsamic Vinegar for everyday.

Uses – It is ideal used in marinades, salad dressings, and sauces.

3 shields – This Green Label Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP has been aged and matured in a series of six wooden barrels for approximately 6 years.

Uses - It is great used in dressings, dipping sauces, and even mixed into mayonnaise.

4 sheilds -This Silver Label Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is made of 80% cooked grape juice (known as grape must) and 20% wine vinegar, aged for 8 years. Like all other balsamic condiments, the more age it has, the more creamy and versatile in the kitchen it will be.

Uses – It is perfect drizzled on aged cheese, on strawberries, on ice cream, and grilled vegetables.
