FENNEL POLLEN  or FENNEL FLOWER POLLEN is used in Tuscan cuisine. It originates from Italy, but is grown and collected in other parts of the world. It has a delicate, sweet, fennelish flavour and can be quite magical. Considered a very "foodie" ingredient.

This is a superb gourmet gift!


SUGGESTED USES:

FENNEL POLLEN is used in Porchetta, with wild boar,  in pasta, and with scallops.
