 Five aged balsamic vinegars:

4 - This balsamic is aged in oak barrels and as the youngest works well for bread dipping.

8 - This one is also aged in oak for those 'vanilla' notes and is great on veggies and salad.

12 - as it aged and gets sweeter and thicker it can be used for seafood and grileld shellfish

16 - This balsamic has been aged in juniper barrels and has 'rosemary/piney' notes. Wonderful on grilled meat.

20 - This is the most aged of this flight and really shines on aged cheese, ice cream, and strawberries.
