This balsamic vinegar is as authentic as it comes, adhering to the 6% acidity standard required to be a true balsamic vinegar, and aged for years in oak barrels. This allows for a potency and depth of flavour that is simply impossible to replicate.

This aged balsamic ( 15 years) is a thick, rich balsamic vinegar. It has been aged in different barrel and has apple fruity notes, along with vanilla , and some underling wood notes.

 There is no caramel and is thickened naturally.
