PANTRY STAPLE - Everyone should have an aged balsamic that is still young enough ( an inexpensive enough) to use everyday. You really don't need very much as it carries a lot of flavour in a little bit.This really is a must-have in your pantry. Ideal on mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, grilled white and red meat, bread dip, marinades, and to prepare bittersweet sauces and gravies.
It has the sweetness, and slight vanilla flavour from the oak barrels it is aged in, as well as enough acidity from the wine vinegar to keep it bright. A beautifully balanced product.
