A TASTING CLASS EVENT - FOR THE SENSITIVE PALATE
We will be trying 3 wines, and tasting honeys, and spices to see how flavours intersect & interact with your taste buds.

Come enjoy an evening of flavours and tastes.
We will be pairing some honey with wine and spices to open your mind to infinite possibilities. Our honey importer from Lignum honey will be here to sample, teach, and excite us about honey and flavours. We will learn about how honey is made, and how some bees DON'T hibernate. How does pollen influence flavour etc...We will have wine specialist explaining the different layers of flavour, and there will be light snacks for you to enjoy.
You will receive honey to take home.
