FLEUR DE SEL - APRICOT & ROSEMARY
This is a pure Corsican Fleur de Sel from Atelier Corse, which is blended with honey roasted apricots, and rosemary. The blend of sweet, fruity, and the herbal, pungent rosemary makes this more than a simple salt. It becomes a condiment unto itself.
The Fleur de Sel is hand picked, drained and dried under the Mediterranean sun. Rich in oglio-element, calcium, magnesium, it has a natural lactescent whiteness and a powerful salt intensity.
Use on meats, fruit salad, and soups.
