FLEUR DE SEL - PRALINE
This is a pure Corsican Fleur de Sel from Atelier Corse, which is blended with almond, hazelnut and brown sugar. The blend of sweet, fruity, and the delicate nutty notes makes this more than a simple salt. It becomes a condiment unto itself.
The Fleur de Sel is hand picked, drained and dried under the Mediterranean sun. Rich in oglio-element, calcium, magnesium, it has a natural lactescent whiteness and a powerful salt intensity.
Use on a charcuterie board, meats, fruit salad, and soups.
