Valter Bovetti, who originates from the Piedmont region of Italy, founded his chocolate company in 1994. His chocolates combine modern innovation with traditional quality.

Bovetti uses only the best raw ingredients, including pure cocoa butter. No animal fats or soy lecithin are used in any of his recipes.

Bovetti makes regular visits to the cocoa plantations that supply his company, to ensure that the highest level of care is taken at all stages of the chocolate making process.
