We will explore blending dried herbs that are essential to many Western European dishes.
What is Herbes de Provence? Is there a difference between Greek and Italian Oregano? How do I use fresh herbs as opposed to dried? When is Bouquet Garni used and why? Are different herbs used in Italian sauces from Southern Italy and Northern Italy? Which herbs are never used dried?
You will blend your own herb mixture to take home.
