This is a pairing of such delight. The olive oil is rich and has a beautiful lemon finish, but the compliment of the sweet, and light balsamic with the top note of citrus is extraordinary.
This makes a wonderful salad dressing, but separately these elixirs shine. The lemon olive oil can be drizzled on greens or fish & the white balsamic is fabulous in sparkling water or potatoes.
