This is a Sicilian EVOO that has been blended with lemon oil. Blending the oils, instead of pressing the fruit together, allows for more intense flavours. Lemon Olive Oil can be used as a stand alone or in a salad dressing. It blends wonderfully with wine and balsamic vinegars. It is a great butter replacement on green vegetables or boiled potatoes. Try pairing it with lemon white balsamic.
