This is an Italian EVOO that has been blended with lemon oil. Blending the oils, instead of pressing the fruit together, allows for more intense flavours. Lemon Olive Oil can be used as a stand alone or in a salad dressing.
It blends wonderfully with wine and balsamic vinegars. It is a great butter replacement on green vegetables or boiled potatoes.
