RAS EL HANOUT is a Moroccan spice mixture. Ras El Hanout means "head of the shop" and is meant to showcase a spice trader's best spices.

This is a Spice Trader signature blend. This blend contains over twenty ingredients, including CEYLON CINNAMONPINK ROSE PETALS,  and CARDAMON. All the spice flavours meld together to create a lovely, heady fragrance. 

SUGGESTED USES: RAS EL HANOUT can be used to flavour soups & stews, and is a must for tagine cooking. Each use brings out different characteristics of this heavenly mixture. As a rub, it can be used on chicken, lamb, beef, fish and vegetables. Try sprinkling on grilled eggplant and top with feta cheese.

INGREDIENTS: Paprika, Cumin, Ginger, Coriander, Cassia, Turmeric, Fennel, Allspice, Cardamom, Galangal, Nutmeg, Bay Leaves, Caraway, Cayenne, Cloves, Black Pepper, Pink Rose Petals, Ceylon Cinnamon.
