ROSEMARY is the dried leaves of the rosemary plant. Their flavour strong with hints of mint and pine. The little leaves look like small pine needles. We buy our rosemary cut to small pieces as the needles can be quite hard,  so there is no need to chop or grind them before using.

SUGGESTED USES:  Rosemary works well with meats like lamb and pork and most root vegetables and is delicious on roast potatoes. Try using it with breads and buns.
