We have included the smoked honey, smoked pepper, and the smoked salt. Each has it's own uses and adds different levels of smokiness to dishes.
The smoked honey adds a lovely, sweet smokiness to toast or smoked honey butter.
The smoked pepper adds some smoky heat and pepper spice, and can really be used on anything, but is especially yummy on strawberries.
The smoked salt is the strongest smoky flavour. It brings the campfire to your mouth! Wonderful on steamed greens ( beans are my favourite).
