SUMMER BARBECUE SELECTION - NO SALT
Three delicious and unique seasonings for summer with no salt.
SOUVLAKI SEASONING - This blend mixes warm cinnamon and nutmeg with an array of leafy herbs. It is delightful in a greek salad dressing ( just add red wine vinegar & olive oil), or marinate chicken, lamb, or beef kebabs with this seasoning, olive and lemon. It makes a great dip if blended with sour cream.
INGREDIENTS: Garlic powder, Basil, Oregano, Cinnamon, Parsley, Rosemary, Dill Weed, Marjoram, Thyme, and Nutmeg.

TUSCAN SEASONING - This herb blend is one of our most popular. The addition of onions gives it a depth beyond the herby top notes. It is great for grilling vegetables, shrimp, or pork. It can be added to a salad dressing if left to sit 10 minutes in a white wine vinegar, before adding the olive oil.
INGREDIENTS: Thyme, Parsley, Marjoram, Lavender, Celery Seed, Tarragon, and Onion.

ARGENTINIAN BBQ RUB - Easily one of our favourites, this smoky, spicy, herby blend goes with everything. It is great on salmon, beef, and tofu. If you marinates 1 tbsp in 1 tbsp of good red wine vinegar and then add fresh parsley and fresh garlic, you can make a delicious sauce for grilled steak or vegetables.
INGREDIENTS: Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Thyme, Black Pepper, Savory, Smoked Paprika, and Garlic Powder.
