TARRAGON LEAF is an aromatic herb, that is cultivated for its sweet, anise-like flavour. Tarragon imparts its flavour readily, and is one of the herbs often used to make flavoured vinegars and oils. Tarragon is grown in various parts of Europe, however we buy ours from France which is the highest quality. Tarragon is the quintessential French herb.

SUGGESTED USES: Tarragon has a distinct flavour found in tartare and bearnaise sauces and is one of the key ingredients in our HERBES DE PROVENCE and FINES HERBES. It goes very well with chicken, eggs and fish.
