This provocative blend incorporates TOASTED ONION, SHALLOTS and GARLIC to achieve a wonderful sweetness, and traditional curry powder ingredients like CARDAMOM and CURRY LEAVES for that beautiful South Indian curry fragrance. This is absolutely amazing on a tray bake ( See recipe below).

SUGGESTED USES: This blend works well with all vegetables, especially cauliflower and is a favourite of ours with chicken tray bake. Add a little to mayonnaise for an amazing vegetable dip or cold chicken salad.
