Four Pepper Blend is a mix of BLACK, WHITE, GREEN and PINK peppercorns. Black peppercorns are spicy, white peppercorns are warm and hot, green peppercorns are mild and fruity, and pink peppercorns are lemony and sweet. This blend is complex and layered in flavour. It can be used wherever pepper is called for.
