The groves from which it comes are over 100 years old
This olive oil is principally made from the aglandau olive and widely grown in Provence for its fruity flavour. These olives are left to mature to create a rich flavourful virgin olive oil.
It has scents of ripe olives, sourdough, and cocoa, and tastes similarly with hints of vanilla.
It marries well with stews like ratatouille, salads, and is wonderful in an aioli.
