This is a year long blend - great for barbecuing fish, wonderful on corn, and makes a great dip for vegetables.
Learn and discover all the ingredients and flavours you will need.
Then, we will then learn about curry:
What is curry? What is a Chinese or French curry? How did curry find its way to Jamaica? What is curry leaf? Why would you use something called 'devil's dung' in a curry blend?
Learn about curries from around the world, and what spices make up a vindaloo or a madras curry. Taste and smell different spices and then blend your own curry powder to take home.

You take home 1 tin of your signature blend.
