This is a Micro Lot coffee from producer Aurelio Villatoro, a second generation coffee producer, whose father founded the renowned Finca La Esperanza in the late 1950s in the highlands of Hoja Blanca, Huehuetenango.

The beans aroma is floral and sweet and the flavour is complex, fruity, floral and citrus. A great morning blend.

OMOTENASHI – COLOMBIA WASHED $20.75
Meet Omotenashi, a Washed Pink Bourbon from producer Daniel Muñoz in San Augistín, Colombia.

Omotenashi means to wholeheartedly look after your guests! This is a really special coffee that we want to share with you, and you can share with yours!exclusively Pink Bourbon and Gesha bean varieties
This micro-lot is a complex coffee, with a creamy mouthfeel that reminds us of melon balanced with strawberry and some juicy blackberry and lime acidity.

MELANGE MAISON – BRAZIL and EL SALVADOR $18.75

Mélange Maison is where we get to constantly experiment with new blends. Once we find a Cafe favourite we add it to our shelves in this rotating blend.

Currently we've blended a Natural Brazilian with a beautiful washed El Salvador. Expect a classic with a bit more complexity from the El Salvador.

The bean varietals are:Bourbon and pacas/Mundo Novo and Catuai . They carefully select the highest quality, ethically sourced beans, and use modern roasting techniques and software to highlight the potential of every coffee. They roast coffees with a rotating stock of single origins, and espresso blends.

Clean, sweet, chocolatey, and a touch of acidity that reminds us of orange zest.
