Greektown is the perfect blend for Greek souvlaki or as a seasoning for Greek salad. It is an herb-based blend, but with a little twist owed to the nutmeg and cinnamon. It works well with chicken, pork and lamb on the bbq. Try mixing with yogurt for a great dip.
