BOUQUET GARNI is a blend of THYME, BAY LEAF, PARSLEY, and MARJORAM. It is an essential ingredient in French cuisine. Traditionally this blend is either a bundle of fresh herbs or a sachet of dried which are removed after cooking a dish. Because we use ground bay leaf instead of whole, this blend can be added directly to the dish with no need use a sachet or to remove it from the dish. Perfect for soups, stews and stocks.
