Aged Balsamic Blue Wax
This highly valuable “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” is aged in oak barrels. It may be enjoyed on omelettes and risotto. It is a superb addition to seafood based dishes as well as seafood starters and grilled shellfish.
