Olive Varieties: Madural, Cordovil, Verdeal, Cobrançosa
The Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil was produced with olives from the traditional olive grove – “bordadura” - that surrounds our vineyards inthe Pinhão river slopes. Both the olive trees and vineyards are underintegrated production farming.
In this harvest we processed separately the olives of each Quinta. After tasting them individually we test the ones that showed more freshness and aroma. We then blend the best together to get the very best premium olive oil.
Flavours: Complex, medium fruity character mainly from ripe olives. Green leaf notes, fresh grass, and green banana. Slightly bitter and spicy, with a long finish.
