Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
These are some of our most popular olive oils. We have just received a new shipment and they are fresh, and green, and spicy. Each only has the juice of one type of olive and so all three are quite distinct one from the other. They are all wonderful on salad and in a dressing, but each does have its own characteristic.
The CERASUOLA has a deep olivey flavour and a smooth herby note and a peppery finish. Great for topping a creamy root soup, or making garlic bread. This is a tasty dipping olive oil.
