Umbrian Evoo - Bacci Noemio



Umbria, like all areas of Italy has particular olives. This is an organic blend of 3 varietals: Mariolo, Frantoio, and Leccino.

It has a very olive aroma, and a fresh, spicy, fruity flavour with a mid palate spicy finish.

This evoo is recommended for drizzling on grilled meats, grilled vegetables (especially asparagus, spinach, and potatoes). It does however marry well with salad, and lentil dishes.
