These crisp, meaty, delicious olives only come in once a year. They hail from the Languedoc-Rousillon region of France and are harvested in the fall. Being the new harvest, they retain a bright green fresh flavour.
The are great as a cocktail snack, or make a wonderful martini olive. Don't forget to keep the brine for a 'dirty martini'.
They are buttery and sweet and yummy. You find these same flavours in French olive Oil.
