The flour for these crackers is ground by hand. Stone- ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers.
Our dough rests for 12 hours and is cooked it slowly to preserve the nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crunchy cracker.
So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by your favorite appetizers
The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has an intense flavour and an exquisite aroma. The harvest takes place in the town of Sarrión (Teruel) where the largest oak plantation in the world is located. Tuber Aestivum or Summer Truffle grows from early summer to fall.
