Rhubarb Geranium Jam

This jam is prepared with seasonal fruit, picked at the height of its ripeness. The addition of geranium flowers creates a beautifully balanced jam with a tart, fruity freshness.

Perfect for afternoon tea. Add it to scones with cream, or simple toast, or a breakfast croissant. This can also be added to a Christmas jam cookie!
