Inspired by the sauce found on most dinner tables in Argentina, our CHIMICHURRI RUB has all the ingredients and taste of that sauce, less the liquid. The smoked paprika infuses a lovely, rich, deep flavour. The perfect dry rub for steak. Also try it as a marinade for chicken and fish.

SUGGESTED USES:   For a Chimichurri sauce, whisk 1/4 cup rub with 1/2 cup olive oil and 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar.

INGREDIENTS: Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Thyme, Black Pepper, Savory, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder.
