This Fleur de Sel is from the Ria Formosa national park in southern Portugal. It’s matte white colour develops naturally from the wind and sun in the Mediterranean environment.
This salt comes in a handmade blue ceramic pot with a cork lid.
SUGGESTED USES:
Wonderful on meats and grilled vegetables
Use it at the table or on fruit salad. It is wonderful on a piece of dark chocolate!
