This Fleur de Sel is from Missolonghi, Greece. Cultivated from the Aegean Sea it is a pure product with a subtle flavour.
This salt comes in a handmade light blue ceramic pot with a cork lid.
SUGGESTED USES:
Wonderful on raw fish and carpaccio.
Use it at the table or on fruit salad. It is wonderful on a piece of dark chocolate!
