This Fleur de Sel is from Morocco.
Harvested in the Atlas Mountains surrounding Marrakesh in Morocco, the water in the soil is naturally pure and salty with a high mineral content. This Fleur de Sel has hints of both iodine and minerals. It is a splendid marriage of Earth and Sea.
This salt comes in a handmade blue ceramic pot with a cork lid.
SUGGESTED USES:
Wonderful on meats and grilled vegetables
Use it at the table or on fruit salad. It is wonderful on a piece of dark chocolate!
